  1. Dynasty Sport runs the Dynasty GC Titans Chargers Giveaway and is referred to below as the Promoter.
  2. To enter the competition, entrants must follow Dynasty Sport and comment on the Promoter’s post between 08/06/2026 and 15/06/2026.
  3. The giveaway prize includes 2 tickets to Rd 16: Titans Vs Panthers at Cbus Super Stadium, 1 x signed Chargers replica jersey, and 1 x Chargers jersey. The prize may vary from the jersey used in the content for this promotion. 
  4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.
  5. Each comment on the competition post counts as one (1) entry into the draw. Entrants must follow Dynasty Sport on Instagram or Facebook for their entry to be valid. Entrants may receive an additional five (5) entries if they respond to the Promoter’s direct message with their email address. By providing an email address, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Dynasty Sport and may unsubscribe at any time.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil disturbance, or any breach of applicable laws or regulations. Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
  7. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  8. No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  9. The winner will be drawn at random on 15/06/2026.
  10. The winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram message within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 day of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  11. The winner must be able to attend the game on 20/06/2026.
  12. The Promoter will contact the winner to confirm delivery details for the prize pack.
  13. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. By entering this competition, entrants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  15. This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
  16. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image for promotional and publicity purposes. Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
  17. The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media platforms.
